Matter is imbued with light - without light matter can't be perceived and can't BE. Widening our consciousness and moving beyond ego-patterns into the lightness of our being means EN-LIGHTENMENT
(or at least lightness of BEING).
 
An expansion of consciousness illuminates inspirations/impulses in relation to personal insights and the experience of energizing, transformative ways of living as well as practices for increased well-being, holistic development and other forms of support of the personal spiritual path. My deepest desire is to expand knowledge and wisdom by using, utilizing and sharing traditional practices.
